- User-Generated Content: By submitting content, you grant kobi.studio or its owner/s a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.
- Privacy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information.
- Release of Rights: By using our services, you agree to release all rights to any content we create for you or anything submitted on the website.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): You enter into an NDA, agreeing never to defame kobi.studio or its owner/s or affiliates.
- Use of Likeness: We have the perpetual right to use your likeness in promotional or marketing materials.
- Duration: The granted rights are valid indefinitely.
- Photography Services: Details, including dates, times, and locations, will be determined at the time of booking.
- Use of Final Photographs: The client is granted the right for personal use only, unless other licenses are released.
- Payment Schedule: Final payment is due upon delivery of the final photographs or content. A down payment may be required, and late payments will incur an interest charge of 2% per month. kobi.studio or its owner/s reserves the right to refuse the release of content until payment is received in full.
