Eligibility: You must be of legal age in your area to use our services.
User Account: If needed for galleries or delivery, create an account and keep your information confidential.
Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in actions that violate these terms, laws, or others’ rights, including unauthorized use of previews, AI training on our images without written consent, harassment, or illegal acts.
Ownership: All content on our website and all photos or work we create belong to kobi.studio or its owner/s and are protected by intellectual property laws. We keep full copyright and ownership forever.
User-Generated Content: By submitting content, you grant kobi.studio or its owner/s a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, sell, license, or do anything with it forever.
Photography Services: Details including dates, times, locations, number of photos, and edits will be determined at booking or in private contract. We never deliver raw files, only final edited images.
Use of Final Photographs: The client is granted only the license purchased, usually personal use only – no commercial, resale, public sharing, or other uses unless agreed and paid extra in writing.
Use of Likeness: By using our services, you grant us the perpetual, worldwide right to use your photos, likeness, name, or location in promotional, marketing, advertising, portfolio, sales, or any other way forever, automatically. You can negotiate and pay extra to opt out.
Release of Rights: By using our services, you release all rights to any content we create for you or anything submitted on the website.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): You enter into an NDA, agreeing never to defame kobi.studio or its owner/s or affiliates.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable down payment is required to book. Final payment is due day of service or upon delivery of the final photographs or content. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 2% per month. kobi.studio or its owner/s reserves the right to refuse release of content until payment is received in full. No refunds on any payments ever. If you cancel, we keep all money paid.
Duration: The granted rights are valid indefinitely.
No guarantees: Photos may depend on things we cannot control like lighting or circumstances, so services are as-is with no promises on exact results.
Policy Updates: We may update these terms, and any changes will be reflected here. By continuing to use the website or our services, you accept the updated terms.

By booking, paying, or using our site or services you agree to all this. Private contracts for jobs may add more details.
