It is a premium, live-production service. Unlike a standard photo booth, I provide professional-grade portrait photography and a high-speed archival lab on-site. I capture your guests in their best light and turn those moments into custom-designed, 6-color magnets before the party is even over.
How is your 6-color process different from other magnet vendors?
Most vendors use 4-color thermal (dye-sub) printers. While fast, they often struggle with natural skin tones and fine detail. I use a specialized 6-color archival ink system. This provides a gallery-quality finish with superior depth and realism. My magnets are water-resistant, smudge-proof, and guaranteed to stay vibrant on a fridge for decades.
Can guests really upload their own photos?
Yes! I love the “Selfie with the Bestie” energy. I provide a custom QR code at my station. Guests can scan it, upload their favorite phone shots, and I personally crop and color-correct them to match your Bespoke Frame before printing. It ensures that even their candid selfies meet my professional standard.
What is a “Bespoke Frame” and how do we design it?
I don’t use templates. I build a custom digital frame for your magnets from scratch. About 30 days before your wedding, I’ll ask for your invitation PDF or mood board. I match your exact fonts, hex-code colors, and floral motifs so the magnets look like a curated part of your wedding stationery.
What are the technical requirements for your setup? To provide a flawless experience, I require:
Space: A dedicated 8′ x 8′ area for my print lab and magnet board.
Power: One dedicated 110v outlet (the lab draws significant power during print cycles).
Placement: Ideally near the guest flow or dance floor so people can easily interact with the display.

My base package starts at $1,800 and includes:
4 hours of live coverage and printing.

Does the price change for larger weddings?
Yes. For weddings exceeding 120 guests, I scale the production team and equipment to ensure zero wait times and high-volume output. Pricing also adjusts if you choose “Jumbo” magnet sizes or premium soft-touch finishes.
Do you travel outside of Cleveland?
I love a new location! My base price is all-inclusive for the Greater Cleveland area. For weddings across Northeast Ohio or beyond, I provide a transparent, flat-rate travel quote based on your venue’s distance.
When do we get the digital photos?
While your guests get their physical magnets instantly, I deliver your , high-resolution digital gallery within one month of the wedding. This gives me time to ensure every file is polished to perfection.
Do you offer a photo booth setup or just roaming photography?
I am versatile. I can roam the cocktail hour for a “paparazzi” feel, or I can set up a formal portrait corner with professional studio lighting. We can discuss which vibe fits your vision during our free consultation.
