I can move through your cocktail hour with a professional “paparazzi” eye, capturing spontaneous smiles, or set up a dedicated portrait station to serve as a high-end photography corner for your guests.
I also offer an option for guests Upload that allows your guests to be part of the story.
By scanning a custom QR code, guests can upload their favorite “Selfie with the Bestie” or candid dance-floor moments directly to my lab.

The Wedding Magnet Experience
+ What exactly is a “Wedding Magnet” and how does it work at the reception?
Unlike a traditional enclosed photo booth, this is a live-production service. I use professional gear to capture your guests either at a formal portrait station or “roaming” the cocktail hour and dance floor. Those photos are sent to my on-site archival lab, turned into custom magnets, and displayed on a magnetic board for guests to collect throughout the night.
+ How is your 6-color process different from other magnet vendors?
Most vendors use 4-color thermal printers which can struggle with skin tones. I use a specialized 6-color archival ink system. This provides a gallery-quality finish with superior depth. My magnets are water-resistant, smudge-proof, and guaranteed to stay vibrant on a fridge for decades.
+ What are the customized “Bespoke Frames?
I don’t use templates. I build a custom digital frame from scratch using your invitation or mood board. We match your exact fonts, hex-code colors, and wedding date so the magnets look like a curated part of your wedding stationery rather than a generic add-on.
+ Can guests upload their own phone shots for printing?
Yes! I love the “Selfie with the Bestie” energy. I provide a custom QR code at my station. Guests can scan it and upload their favorite phone shots, which I personally crop and color-correct to match your Bespoke Frame before printing. It ensures even their candid selfies meet my professional standard.
Logistics & Pricing
+ What does the $1,800 starting price include?
The base package includes 4 hours of live coverage, the custom Bespoke Frame design, unlimited archival prints during service hours, and a high-resolution final digital gallery. There are no “per-magnet” charges within your coverage time; I print as many as we can produce to ensure everyone gets a favor.
+ How many guests can you handle and what is the throughput?
For weddings up to 120 guests, my standard lab setup is incredibly efficient. For larger celebrations, I scale the production team and equipment to ensure zero wait times and high-volume output so every family and couple leaves with a memory.
+ What are the technical requirements for your setup?
To provide a flawless experience, I require internet connection to receive gust images a dedicated 8′ x 8′ area for the print lab and magnet board, plus one dedicated 110v outlet (the lab draws significant power during print cycles). Ideally, we set up near the guest flow or dance floor for maximum interaction.
Guest Experience & Quality
+ Do guests get the magnets immediately?
Yes. The lab is high-speed. Once a photo is taken or uploaded, the magnet is usually printed, cut, and mounted on the display board within minutes. Guests can swing by the board at any time during the reception to pick up their custom favors.
+ What size are the magnets and are they durable?
Our standard magnets are premium 2×3 or 2.75×2.75 rectangles/squares. We use high-strength magnetic backing and fade-resistant archival paper. If you’re looking for something larger, I offer any sizes and premium soft-touch finishes as an upgrade.
+ Can we do this for Save-the-Dates or Thank-You notes?
Absolutely! In addition to live reception favors, I can produce custom magnets for your Save-the-Dates or Thank-You mailers. These are handled as a separate studio service contact me for a custom quote on pre-event or post-event magnet production.
